Section Liq 203.04 - Media Access(a) Public comment hearings shall be open to the print and electronic media.(b) The moderator shall place limits on the activities of the media in the following ways: (1) Limit the number of media representatives when their presence is disproportionate to the number of other citizens present and would cause other citizens to be excluded;(2) Limit the placement of television cameras to certain locations in the hearing room; and(3) Prohibit interviews from being conducted within the hearing room during the hearing.N.H.
