Section Lan 401.01 - License Renewal(a) Licenses shall expire on the last day of the biennial anniversary of the birth month of the licensee. The board shall notify each land surveyor one month prior to expiration of his or her license.(b) Licensees who fail to renew their license within 12 months of expiration shall be required to reapply and be reexamined for licensure.N.H.
