Section Lab 805.03 - Application Evaluated(a) The information submitted pursuant to Lab 805.02(b) (1) through (14) shall be evaluated by the department of labor as set forth in this section.(b) The department shall first verify compliance with Lab 805.02(b) (1) through (14).(c) Information required by Lab 805.02(b) (1) through (14) which is incomplete or does not result in an immediate rejection shall be evaluated as follows: (1) If the hours in Lab 805.02(b) (9) above are not limited to those stipulated in RSA 276-A, the New Hampshire Youth Employment Law the application shall be rejected;(2) If the training, even though it includes actual operation of the facilities of the establishment, is not connected to training and/or instruction given in the classroom the application shall be rejected; and(3) If the application does not reflect specific goals and objectives of the program the application shall be rejected.N.H.
