Section Lab 307.03 - Effective Date of Termination(a) Termination of coverage shall take effect no earlier than 45 days after the date the filing is received by the department except when coverage is terminated due to nonpayment of premium or when elective coverage is being revoked. In these 2 cases, termination of coverage shall take effect no earlier than 30 days after the date the filing is received by the department.(b) The effective date of termination shall be based upon receipt in the department regardless of termination date by NCCI.N.H.
