Section Lab 205.10 - Decision of the Panel(a) The panel shall render a written ruling or decision within 30 calendar days of the close of the record of the hearing. A decision of the panel shall require 2 like votes.(b) The parties may, at their option, submit proposed findings.(c) Each such proposed finding of fact or ruling of law shall:(1) Be stated in clear concise language and(2) Consist of a single relevant fact supported by the record with specific reference to the page number of the record or report, which supports each request, as applicable.(d) A party submitting proposed findings of fact or rulings of law shall furnish the opposing party with a copy of the proposed findings 10 days prior to the start of the hearing. The parties shall make a sincere effort to agree on as many of the proposed findings as possible, and shall inform the panel as to which proposed findings are agreed upon and which are contested.(e) Parties submitting proposed findings of fact or rulings of law shall exercise restraint and limit the number of proposed submissions to those important to the issues under consideration. The panel shall not be required to rule on what it determines is an excessive number of proposed findings of fact or rulings of law for the particular case.N.H. Admin. Code § Lab 205.10
