Section Lab 203.13 - Public Access(a) Except for hearings under RSA 281-A, all hearings shall be open to the public.(b) The hearings officer shall have the authority to limit the number of the members of the public attending a hearing to prevent overcrowding of a hearing room.(c) Members of the public shall not be admitted into a hearing room when a hearing is in progress, until there is a recess in the hearing.N.H.
