Section Lab 1508.13 - Notice of Decision(a) After the close of the record the hearing officer shall issue a written decision stating the final determination on the proposed administrative fine.(b) In the decision, the hearing officer shall state the findings of fact and rulings of law upon which the determination is based.(c) The hearing officer shall send the decision by first class mail to the respondent and shall give a copy of the decision to the department that proposed the fine.N.H.
