Section Lab 1508.06 - Notice of Proposed Fine: Delivery

The notice required by Lab 1508.06 shall be delivered by:

(a) Mailing the notice certified mail, return receipt requested, to the respondent; or

(b) Delivering the notice in hand to the respondent or, if the respondent is not available, to the respondent's representative.
