Section Jus 812.01 - Record of the Hearing(a) The agency shall record the hearing by tape recording or other method that will provide a verbatim record.(b) If any person requests a transcript of the taped record, the agency shall cause a transcript to be prepared and, upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, shall provide copies of the transcript to the requesting party.(c) At the request of a party to any proceeding involving disciplinary action before an agency responsible for occupational licensing, the record of the proceeding shall be made by a certified shorthand court reporter provided by the agency at the requesting party's expense. A request for a certified shorthand court reporter shall be filed at least 10 days prior to the hearing.N.H. Admin. Code § Jus 812.01
