Section Jus 602.32 - Victim"Victim" means:
(a) Any person who suffered personal injury or death as a direct result of an eligible crime occurring in either:(2) Any other state or jurisdiction that does not have a crime compensation program meeting the requirements of 34 U.S.C. 20102(b), and such person was domiciled in New Hampshire at the time of the crime; and(b) Both a primary victim or a related victim.N.H.
