Section Jus 2002.08 - Examination of Samples(a) The following existing state facilities shall be considered to be qualified, pursuant to RSA 611-A:1, II(c), for the purpose of conducting testing, examination, or analysis of samples collected in a death investigation: (1) The laboratories of the department of health and human services;(2) The laboratories of the department of safety;(3) The laboratories of the department of environmental services;(4) The laboratories within the university system of New Hampshire; and(5) Any other public or private in-state facility that is accredited by the relevant generally recognized accrediting body, depending on the type of facility.(b) If no qualified in-state facility is available, samples shall be sent to an out-of-state facility, that is accredited by the relevant generally recognized accrediting body, depending on the type of facility.N.H.
