Section Jus 1405.21 - Material Changes(a) Notification to the bureau of proposed material changes in the plan of disposition or development of a condominium shall be in writing. (b) No such change may be made unless and until the bureau has given its affirmative written approval of the change based upon the declarant's compliance with all applicable statutes and rules.N.H.
