Section Jus 1403.01 - Prior Recordations Not Invalidated

Jus 1403.02 shall not apply to any recording of floor plans recorded prior to January 21, 1986, nor shall Jus 1403.02 invalidate the creation of any condominium or unit that occurred prior to January 21, 1986.
