Section Jus 1309.01 - Administrative Procedures Act(a) In responding to any petition for rule-making or declaratory ruling, and when proceeding in any contested case under RSA 356-A, the bureau shall comply with the provisions of RSA 541-A.(b) To the extent that RSA 356-A conflicts with RSA 541-A, the bureau shall comply with the appropriate provisions of RSA 356-A.N.H.
