Section Jus 1307.05 - Desk Copy of Public Offering Statement to be Made Available to Prospective Purchasers(a) At least one master copy of the current public offering statement approved by the bureau shall be maintained by the subdivider as a desk copy and made readily available for inspection by any person who may visit the subdivision, or any sales office or other location in which lots, parcels, units, or interests in the subdivision may be offered or sold.(b) The desk copy shall be placed in a visible location where prospective purchasers are routinely invited to commence tours of the subdivision or receive sales presentations.(c) No person shall be advised by a subdivider, or an agent of the subdivider, including sales personnel, that a copy of the public offering statement may be inspected only by purchasers.N.H.
