Section Jus 1306.13 - Applications Not in Proper Form(a) Upon receipt of a comprehensive or abbreviated application for registration that is not in proper form, including but not limited to an incomplete application or an application made on an incorrect form, the bureau shall return the application to the applicant. However, if the bureau has reason to believe the application can be readily put into proper form, it shall retain the application and issue to the applicant a notice of deficiencies specifying the deficiencies in its form and any other correspondence or document. The department shall deem an application that can be readily put into the proper form as one that can be brought into compliance within 15 days from the date of issuance of the notice of deficiencies.(b) If the application is not put in proper form within 15 days after the issuance of a notice of deficiencies, the bureau shall reject the application.N.H.
