Section Jus 1306.10 - Purchase and Sale Agreement(a) Subdividers shall use a contract for purchase or lease which includes: (1) Express notice of the purchaser's 5-day right to cancel, as prescribed by RSA 356-A:4, II;(2) The name and address of the escrow agent designated to carry out the provisions of RSA 356-A:9-a; and(3) A space for acknowledgment of receipt of the public offering statement provided, however, that the space for the acknowledgment need not be used with respect to offering any subdivision for which a public offering statement is not required.(b) The escrow agent identified in the purchase and sale agreement shall be a person or entity unrelated to the subdivider or any principal thereof and shall hold all escrowed funds within the state of New Hampshire.N.H.
