Section Int 215.03 - Waiver by Board

The board may grant a waiver or suspension of a rule upon its own motion by providing affected parties with notice and an opportunity to be heard, and issuing an order which finds that:

(a) Waiver of the rule would be consistent with the statues administered by the board;

(b) Waiver of the rule would not injure third persons; and

(c) Other good cause for waiving the rule exists.
