Section Int 213.02 - Petition for Rulemaking Any person may request the board to commence a proceeding for the purpose of adopting, amending, or repealing a rule by filing a petition which contains the following information:
(a) A statement of the petitioner's interest in the subject matter of the proposed rule;(b) The text of the proposed rule or a statement of the particular results intended by the petitioner to flow from the implementation of the proposed rule;(c) If the petitioner proposes to amend or repeal an existing rule, an identification of the particular rule sought to be amended or repealed; and(d) Any data or argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the board in deciding whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding.N.H.
