Section Int 208.03 - Exceptions to Rulings by the Presiding Officer(a) There shall be no interlocutory appeal to the board of procedural or discovery orders made by the presiding officer. Contemporaneous exceptions to such rulings shall be unnecessary and shall not be made.(b) The parties may include objections to an adverse ruling of a presiding officer in any proposed decision under Int 209.16. When a proposed decision is not issued, such objections shall be presented to the board as a motion or as part of a closing memorandum submitted within 10 days from the close of the hearing.N.H.
