Section Int 208.01 - Designation of Presiding Officer(a) Hearings commenced by the board shall be conducted by a presiding officer.(b) The board shall appoint one of its members to serve as a presiding officer.(c) The presiding officer shall serve in a conscientious and truthful manner or shall be removed by the board without notice or hearing.N.H.
