Section Int 103.04 - Copies of Records

(a) Persons desiring copies of board records shall submit a request in writing that identifies as particularly as possible the information being sought and shall agree to pay a copying fee of $.25 per page.

(b) If records are requested that contain both public information and information exempt from disclosure pursuant to RSA 91-A or other law, the board shall delete the exempt information and provide the remaining information.
