The purpose of this chapter is to provide a dispute resolution program for the timely resolution of disputes between manufacturers, retailers, installers and consumers of manufactured housing relative to the installation of manufactured housing and the correction or repair of defects in manufactured houses that are reported during the one year period beginning on the date of installation.
