Section Inst 301.12 - Denial of Renewal(a) Renewal shall be denied if, after notice and an opportunity for hearing, there is a finding of: (1) Noncompliance with the continuing education requirements of Inst 304.01(c);(2) Any act for which discipline shall be imposed under Inst 303;(3) Reasons for which an initial application would have been denied; or(4) Failure to furnish complete or accurate information on a renewal license application.N.H.
