Section Ins 6103.04 - Notification Requirements(a) Notice shall be provided to policyholders at least 30 days prior to the date of discontinuance and include:(1) The policy number and coverage type;(2) The date of discontinuance of such policy; and(3) Company contact information, including a toll-free telephone number.N.H.
