Section Ins 4202.07 - Submission of Test Data(a) Each hospital or community health center shall submit to the department, or its agent, a test data submission for the purpose of determining compliance with the required data submission standards.(b) Each test data submission shall contain 3 months worth of encounter data.(c) Test data submission shall be required: (1) At least 3 months prior to the first required data submission date;(2) When a facility changes systems or processes; and(3) When any substantial changes are made to these rules.N.H.
