Section Ins 2301.20 - Violations and Penalties(a) Non-compliance with Ins 2301.03 through Ins 2301.16 shall be a violation under RSA 402-H. The department shall specify which sections, including specific subsections if any, of RSA 402-H are allegedly violated in any enforcement action brought under this section.(b) In addition to any other penalties provided by the laws of this state for violating a rule, an administrator or individual who violates a requirement of the administrative rules sections cited in (a) above shall, after notice and hearing in accordance with the procedures set forth in Ins 200, be subject to suspension, revocation, or administrative penalty pursuant to RSA 402-H:16.N.H.
