N.H. Admin. Code § Ins 1702.04
Subject to the provisions of this chapter the commissioner, pursuant to Ins 1703.05, shall appoint one or more members to be servicing carriers or other non-member service organizations. Each eligible risk insured by the association shall receive the same level of service as is generally available in the voluntary market, including but not limited to, loss prevention assistance and reasonable premium payment plans.
