Section Hum 311.01 - Motions for Intervention(a) Any person or entity, other than a party, having a direct interest in the outcome of the public adjudicative hearing and wishing to intervene in the hearing shall make a written motion before the beginning of the hearing.(b) The motion to intervene shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (1) A statement of the limited purpose or purposes for which the person or entity wishes to appear; and(2) Pertinent facts substantiated by a notarized affidavit to support the reasons for intervention.(c) The motion to intervene shall be directed to the presiding officer.(d) The motion to intervene shall be mailed to all parties named in the notice of the public adjudicative hearing.N.H.
