Section Hum 307.02 - Payment of Fees Related to Subpoenas(a) When a subpoena is issued upon the motion of a party or person other than a commissioner, the cost of service, witness and mileage fees shall be borne by the party or person at whose request the subpoena is issued.(b) When a subpoena is issued upon the initiative of the commission or a commissioner, the cost of such service and witness and mileage fees shall be borne by the commission. Such witness and mileage fees shall be the same as those paid witnesses in the district courts of the state.N.H. Admin. Code § Hum 307.02
