Section Hum 305.02 - Objections to Motions for Continuance and Rescheduling

Objections to motions for continuance and rescheduling shall be:

(a) Filed within 10 days of the filing date of the motions objected to, if the motions are in writing; and

(b) Made at once, if the motions are made orally.
