Section Hedc 406.01 - Annual Reports(a) Institutions under the jurisdiction of the commission shall file copies of correspondence and annual or other reports required by its recognized regional or national accreditation agencies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, the council for higher education accreditation, or both.(b) Institutions shall authorize such accrediting agencies to release these documents to the commission should this be required.N.H.
