Section Hedc 405.03 - Organization and Governance The applicant shall describe its organization and governance structures in its written plan, including:
(a) Organizational charts showing the lines of authority and the relationships among component units and personnel;(b) Evidence of a governing board that reflects diversity and complies with its bylaws;(c) Evidence that the governing board responsible for the general policies and control of the institution conducts itself as follows:(1) Meets at least twice in each fiscal year; and(2) Keeps written minutes of the actions taken at these formal meetings or otherwise maintains a record of proceedings; and(d) A description of the roles of the trustees, administrators, faculty, and students, and the nature and extent of the involvement of each in the determination of policies and the resolution of issues, including academic program and curriculum development.N.H.
