Section Hedc 404.06 - Decision by the Commission(a) Upon receipt of the evaluation report, the commission shall review the report and vote to accept, amend, or reject the recommendations contained therein based upon its determination of compliance with Hedc 405.(b) The institution shall be invited to attend the meeting of the commission to answer any questions from the commission.(c) The director shall notify the institution of the commission's decision in writing within 10 days of the commission vote.(d) Unless otherwise authorized, the institution shall not advertise or commence instruction until commission approval is granted.(e) If the decision of the commission is to reject an institution's application for degree-granting authority based on non-compliance with Hedc 405, the details of that decision shall be included in the letter of notification.N.H.
