Section He-Hea 302.05 - Processing of Applications(a) Once an applicant files an application for an expeditious review, the board's staff shall examine the application for form and completeness.(b) Whenever errors or omissions are detected, staff shall request additional information relating to the application within 15 business days of receipt of the application.(c) The applicant shall have 15 business days to respond to the staff's request for additional information from the date of receipt of the staff's questions.(d) Upon receipt of the applicant's response to the request outlined in (a) above, the board shall begin the review process and serve notice to all parties to this effect pursuant to RSA 151-C:8,VI.N.H.
