Section He-Hea 302.03 - Board Action(a) The board shall grant any petition conforming to He-Hea 302.01 and He-Hea 302.02 within 30 business days of receipt of such petition.(b) If granted, the application shall be exempted from the processing requirements outlined in RSA 151-C:8.N.H. Admin. Code § He-Hea 302.03
