Section He-Hea 2203.02 - Data Reporting(a) Owners of robotic assisted surgery systems shall submit an annual account of volumes per machine on or before March 1 of each year.(b) The volume report shall include the following information for the previous 12 months of volume, January through December: (1) Name of hospital or facility where the robotic assisted surgery system is in service;(2) City or town where the hospital or facility is located;(3) Total number of robotic assisted surgery systems in service;(4) Total surgery cases performed using the robotic assisted surgery system for the previous calendar year; and(5) Patient origin by city or town.(c) The board shall make this data available in a report to any interested persons on or before May 1 of each year.N.H.
