Section He-Hea 2202.03 - Volume Procedures(a) The board shall not approve any robotic assisted surgery system services unless the applicant can demonstrate that the proposed service is likely to treat a minimum of 150 cases per system on an annual basis by the end of the third year of operation.(b) No applicant shall apply for an additional robotic assisted surgery system under the provisions of RSA 151-C:5, II(d) until: (1) It is performing a minimum of 350 cases per robotic assisted surgery system within the most recent 12 months; or(2) It can demonstrate that utilization will reach 70% of available capacity for utilization of the robotic assisted surgery system within the next 12 months.N.H.
