Section He-Hea 1602.10 - Data Reporting(a) Owners of megavoltage radiation equipment shall submit an annual account of volumes per machine on February 1 of each year.(b) The volume report shall include the following information for the previous 12 months of volume, January through December:(1) Name of hospital or facility where the megavoltage equipment is in service:(2) City or town where the hospital or facility is located;(3) Total number of megavoltage radiation therapy machines in service;(4) Total patients served within the past 12 consecutive months;(5) Patient origin by city or town; and(6) Total procedures performed within the past 12 consecutive months.(c) The board shall make this data available in a report to any interested persons on or before April 1 of each year.N.H.
