Section He-Hea 1503.01 - Type of Data(a) Each ambulatory surgical facility participating in the pilot program shall file utilization and financial data with the board.(b) Data shall be provided to the board in either of the following formats: (c) Data reported to the board shall contain the elements in the order, length and designation specified in He-Hea 1503.02.(d) Ambulatory surgical facilities shall report the full length of the field for each element identified in He-Hea 1503.02 as follows: (1) For numeric fields, right justifying the field with leading zeroes; and(2) For alphanumeric fields, left justifying the field with leading spaces.(e) Data not reported to the board in accordance with the specifications of He-Hea 1503.01(b) through (d) shall be returned to the facility for correction by the next quarterly reporting date per He-Hea 1503.03.N.H.
