Section He-Hea 105.01 - Meetings(a) The board shall meet: (1) At least every other month; and(2) At such additional times as its business requires.(b) The time and place of the meetings shall be noticed to the public in accordance with RSA 91-A:2, II.(c) A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum to conduct meetings and proceedings.(d) A vote of at least a majority of the quorum shall be required to adopt or approve any matters considered by the board.N.H.
