Section He-W 899.02 - Post Office Boxes and General Delivery Mailing Addresses(a) Notices, letters, or any other correspondence from the department relative to programs administered by the department shall be mailed to a post office box or general delivery address only when the client lives in an area where home delivery of mail is not available, or the area is subject to extensive mail pilferage.(b) The client shall provide verification in writing of the reason for the request to have mail sent to an address other than the residence address.(c) If use of a post office box or general delivery mailing address is not verified, the department mail described in (a) above shall be mailed to the residence address.N.H.
