Section He-W 895.08 - Administrative Hearings(a) A decision pursuant to He-W 895.06 shall be final unless within 30 calendar days of the date of the decision, a request is submitted for an administrative appeal pursuant to He-C 200.(b) If the department's administrative appeal process finds in favor of the applicant, then the department shall withdraw its claim for recovery from probate court.N.H.
