Section He-W 882.01 - Termination of Medical Assistance(a) Except where otherwise specified, medical assistance shall cease as of the last day of the advance notice period, as defined in He-W 601.01(e).(b) If an individual is terminated for failure to submit the necessary information, the individual's eligibility for medical assistance shall be reconsidered if the necessary information is submitted within 90 days from the date of termination.
