Section He-W 752.01 - Change Reporting(a) To determine if a change is reported timely in accordance with 7 CFR 273.12, the department shall use the date the report of the change was received as the reported date of the change.(b) In accordance with 7 CFR 273.12(c)(1)(iii), the recipient shall provide verification, as defined in He-W 7 CFR 273.2(f) of any reported changes which would result in an increase in the household's benefits before the department shall act on the changes.N.H.
