Section He-W 734.01 - Disqualifications for Voluntary Quit(a) Pursuant to 7 CFR 273.7(j) (1) -(2) , an individual shall be temporarily disqualified for food stamp benefits for the period specified in (b) below if the individual has voluntarily quit employment or voluntarily reduced his or her work effort without good cause, as described in 7 CFR 273.7(i) , within 30 days prior to application or at any time while receiving benefits.(b) If an otherwise eligible individual has been disqualified from receipt of food stamp benefits due to (a) above, the minimum mandatory sanction, pursuant to 7 CFR 273.7(f) (2) and (j) (3) (vi) , shall be applied as follows: (1) One month for the first violation;(2) Three months for the second violation; and(3) Six months for the third and subsequent violations.N.H.
