Section He-W 654.12 - Other Excluded Income(a) Loans for personal or business reasons shall be excluded income and disregarded when determining eligibility and the amount of assistance for all categories of financial assistance.(b) All earned and unearned income received by a dependent child from the summer youth employment and training program shall be disregarded for the FANF program.(c) For individuals receiving home and community based care services (HCBC), the aid and attendance allowance shall be applied to the cost of care.(d) The value of a FANF AG's share of a governmental housing subsidy shall be excluded income.(e) Income set aside under a social security administration approved plan to achieve self support, shall be excluded for the duration of the plan.N.H.
