Section He-W 641.09 - Breast and Cervical Cancer Program(a) "Course of treatment" means the period of time a woman requires treatment for breast or cervical cancer as specified in writing by the woman's attending physician.(b) Medical assistance shall be provided to any woman who: (1) Meets the requirements specified in 42 USC 1396 a(aa) pursuant to 42 USC 96 a(a) (10) (A) (ii) (XVIII);(2) Is a resident of the State of New Hampshire as defined in He-W 601.145; and(3) Is a citizen of the United States or a qualified alien as described in He-W 616.02.(c) Medical assistance made available to a woman described in (b) above shall be limited to the woman's course of treatment.(d) Medical assistance made available to a woman described in (b) above shall be terminated when: (1) The woman no longer meets the requirements specified in 42 USC 1396 a(aa);(2) The woman's attending physician states in writing that the woman has completed her course of treatment; or(3) The woman no longer resides in the State of New Hampshire.N.H.
