(a) All NHEP/FAP applicants, including parents, caretaker relatives, and children, shall verify their identity as a condition of eligibility.(b) Refusal or failure to verify identity shall result in the denial of assistance for each individual.(c) If an applicant is unable to verify identity, as opposed to refusing or failing to verify identity, assistance shall be granted until the next scheduled redetermination.(d) At the redetermination noted in (c) above, the client shall verify identity or assistance shall be terminated.N.H.
