Section He-W 626.03 - Presumptive Eligibility Determination(a) A qualified entity as defined in He-W 520.01(g) shall determine presumptive eligibility for FPEC services pursuant to 42 USC 1396r-1c.(b) Within 5 business days of making the FPEC PE determination, the qualified entity shall provide the department with the following information: (1) The complete name, address, and date of birth of the individual for whom the FPEC PE determination was made; and(2) The date the PE determination was madeN.H.
